Mental health

During your time at College it is possible that you may want to seek help for yourself, or someone you are worried about who may be affected by stress, depression or other mental health issues. There are very strong networks across the University, all of which are separate from the academic offices, to help you whether you need someone to share anxieties with or more professional help.
